American Apparel saved!

Oh joy. American Apparel has been saved from bankruptcy thanks to their lenders, Lion Capital. You can read about it here. As is quoted from the article, American Apparel isn't out of the woods yet, they still have to get shoppers to buy into their weird, ugly, over-priced fashions.

"The company must turn a pre-tax profit of $20 million over the 12 months ending January 31, and by September 2013 must rake in $80 million."

So we'll have to see if the shoppers respond and step in financially to help save American Apparel. I would do my part and buy this gorgeous multi-layered petticoat. I have seen this $75 jem at the store and I love it because the fabric is really soft and not picky like other petticoats can be.
